Rajasthan Royals (RR) takes on the Punjab Kings (PBKS) in match 59 of IPL 2025 in Jaipur on Sunday in the first of the two games. The match starts from 3.30 pm IST at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium.

The BCCI decided to postpone the season for a week after the PBKS vs DC encounter in Dharamsala was called off due to the India-Pakistan conflict.

Upon resumption, the Royals takes on the Kings in their penultimate league game. The Riyals are already eliminated from the tournament along with CSK and SRH. The Kings, on the other hand, has a chance to move up the IPL 2025 points table with a win.

A lot has happened in the last week with the season getting postponed. The Royals will be missing Jofra Archer and Sandeep Sharma due to injury. The Kings were also waiting on their key overseas players, with Marcus Stoinis and Josh Inglis finally joining the squad. Lockie Ferguson has been ruled out, with Kyle Jamieson joining the side as his replacement.

The Royals, on the other hand, are still sweating over the availability of their regular skipper, Sanju Samson. With them already eliminated, the side will look to try out a few players as they plan for the next season. Many overseas players have decided not to return for he final leg of IPL 2025, forcing the BCCI to make a rule change. They have allowed temporary replacements for overseas players for the final leg of the tournament.
